1. Purpose

  • These terms govern access to and use of Nafirka digital services, including web interfaces, mobile experiences, and associated operational tools.

2. Scope

  • Terms apply to passengers, drivers, fleet owners, and partner organisations using Nafirka services in available territories.
  • Some roles may be subject to additional contractual annexes or operational procedures.

3. Account and access

  • Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • Nafirka may suspend access in case of fraud, non-compliance, security risk, or legal requirement.

4. Service operation

  • Nafirka provides tools for booking, dispatch, validation, and service monitoring.
  • Operational conditions (availability, timing, route constraints) may vary depending on demand, incidents, or force majeure.

5. Pricing and payments

  • Applicable prices and billing conditions are displayed through official Nafirka channels.
  • Payment cycles for professional users follow validated settlement schedules and contractual rules.

6. User obligations

  • Use the service lawfully and in good faith.
  • Refrain from abusive behavior, identity misuse, system bypass attempts, or disruption of platform operations.
  • Provide valid documents when required by role-specific compliance checks.

7. Platform protections

  • Nafirka may implement technical controls, fraud prevention checks, and temporary restrictions to protect users and service continuity.

8. Liability limitations

  • Nafirka applies reasonable efforts to ensure service reliability without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
  • Liability may be limited to direct damages under applicable law and contractual commitments.

9. Intellectual property

  • All trademarks, interfaces, software elements, and content related to Nafirka remain protected and cannot be reused without authorization.

10. Changes and termination

  • Nafirka may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.
  • Continued use after publication of updates implies acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

  • These terms are governed by applicable law in operating jurisdictions. Parties will first seek amicable resolution before formal proceedings.

12. Minors and guardian-linked accounts

  • A minor may only travel under a student/minor account explicitly linked to one or more parent or guardian accounts created at registration. Minors cannot register or book rides independently.
  • Guardians receive mandatory notifications when a linked minor boards and when the ride is completed, and retain read access to that minor’s trip history at all times.
  • Only drivers meeting the platform’s enhanced rating and vetting requirements for minor transport are dispatched for these rides.
  • A parent or guardian may request access, correction, or deletion of a linked minor’s account data subject to the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
