Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about subscriptions, payments, driver onboarding, and service availability.
Passengers
How does the subscription work?
Choose a monthly plan — Basic (7,500 FCFA, up to 30 rides), Standard (15,000 FCFA, up to 40 rides), or Premium (25,000 FCFA, up to 50 rides) — pay via myNita or Amanata, and instantly receive your personal QR code. Valid across all Nafirka vehicles. One active plan at a time.
How do I use my QR code on board?
Scan the QR displayed on the vehicle before boarding — or show yours to the driver, who can scan it for you. Every boarding is validated and recorded.
Which payment methods are accepted?
myNita and Amanata only. Payments are made in FCFA.
Can my child ride alone with Nafirka?
A minor rides through an account linked to a parent or guardian: you are notified at boarding and drop-off, you can review their trip history at any time, and only drivers meeting elevated requirements are assigned to those rides.
Is the app available on iPhone?
Not yet. Nafirka is available on Android today.
How do I install the Nafirka app?
The Android app is not publicly distributed yet. It does not go through Google Play: the download will be served directly from this site.
Does Nafirka operate outside Niamey?
Nafirka is currently deployed in Niamey. Expansion to other Niger cities is planned.
Drivers
How long does onboarding take?
Validation takes 48 hours after a complete submission: identity document, driving licence and medical fitness certificate.
Which documents are required?
Identity document, valid driving licence (category B minimum, 2 years of experience), medical fitness certificate and an Android smartphone. You do not need a vehicle: Nafirka assigns you one from the fleet, maintained and inspected. An expired document suspends the contract until it is renewed.
Do I need to own a vehicle?
No. Nafirka employs you under contract on a fleet-provided vehicle. Maintenance and technical inspection are handled by the vehicle owner and Nafirka.
How are driver payments calculated?
Three separate flows. You keep every franc you take on the road. You remit a fixed 30,000 FCFA to Nafirka every 3 days whatever you earned — each subscribed passenger you carry earns a credit that reduces it. And you draw a 20,000 FCFA monthly bonus via myNita or Amanata, pro-rated for the days you worked.
Can I choose my hours?
You go on and off duty from the driver app, and accept the rides offered while you are on duty. What you owe does not follow your hours: it falls due every 3-day cycle.
Fleet owners
How is a fleet owner paid?
The driver assigned to your vehicle remits a fixed amount every 3-day cycle. Nafirka collects those remittances and pays your share monthly, via myNita or Amanata, itemised per vehicle.
How do I register my vehicles?
Submit your vehicles through the registration flow. Nafirka validates documents and assigns qualified drivers to your fleet.
Do I get a monitoring dashboard?
Yes. You get real-time visibility by vehicle and driver, plus exportable monthly reports.
How many vehicles can I register?
There is no hard limit. Each vehicle is tracked independently with dedicated performance metrics.
Partners
How does the enterprise account work?
Your company gets a centralized account to manage team rides, access reports, and validate monthly invoices.
How does billing work?
A monthly consolidated invoice is generated automatically for all completed employee rides.
Are rides traceable for HR audits?
Yes. Every ride is logged with date, time, driver, and amount, and can be exported for audit needs.
How do we start an enterprise account?
Write to partenaires@nafirka.com. A company account is opened with an adviser, not through a sign-up form.
